By using the YadYar application, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the application.

Service Description

YadYar is a smart Persian reminder application that helps users manage their tasks, reminders, and events. Google Sign-In is used for authentication.

User Account

To use YadYar, you need a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and preventing unauthorized access to your Google account.

• Each Google account may only have one YadYar account
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the application only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not use the application in any way that damages its functionality
• Not use any automated methods, bots, or scripts to access the application
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures or technical restrictions

User Data and Content

All reminders and information you create in YadYar belong to you. You may delete your data at any time.

• YadYar does not use the content of your reminders for advertising purposes
• Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed

Limitation of Liability

YadYar is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will always be error-free or uninterrupted. YadYar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. In case of significant changes, you will be notified through the application. Continued use of YadYar after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the application at any time and for any reason. You may also delete your account at any time.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Iranian courts.
